USCIS Processing Time Information for our Texas Service Center

I filed a K1 Visa last November and received my NOA1 on 11/07/11. I was looking at the processing time on the USCIS website for the Texas Service Center and I am confused. I am curious to about the processing time frame dated; 10/20/2010. I don't get it, what does that date mean? Here's the; link https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do

I would greatly appreciate if someone could explain to me. It might be simple but I'm just not seeing it.

Texas service center DOES NOT PROCESS K-1 PETITIONS.

ONLY Vermont and California service centers process K-1 petitions.

The Texas Service Center does not process K-1 petitions, and is not the same thing as the Dallas Lockbox where K-1 petitions are sent to be redistributed to the 2 service centers that do process K-1 petitions: Vermont and California. Your NOA1 lists which of these your petition was sent to: when you figure out which one it is, update your timeline with the corrected information and then check the timeline for that location.

I sent my Visa packet to the Dallas tx lock box thinking it would be transferred to the Vermont Service Center. My NOA1 doesn't mention of it being sent anywhere for processing. USCIS states that my application has been approved and is currently being processed. I have looked at other timelines on here and I see where others visas have been sent to Texas from Vermont for processing. My NOA1 says its from the Texas Service Center. So I am going to assume that it's still there being processed.
