USCIS expedite and NVC expedite are not the same things.

You got an expedite at USICS, great!

To get an expedite at NVC, you must use a telephone and ask for it.

Usually this is done when the AOS Fee Bill arrives in the Petitioner's email inbox,

and the AOS Fee Bill Arrives because the USCitizen Petitioner called in to get the NVC /Consulate Casenumber, exchange email addresses, validate the bio information, all over the phone.

Sounds convoluted, yes? I'll do the steps in forward order, this time.

1. call and call into NVC until NVC tells you the casefile # for Jakarta

2. call and ask for AOS Fee Bill to be sent to you via email.

3. AOS Fee Bill arrives in yer email, then

4. Call into NVC, ask for expedite.

There's gonna be some lag between NVC getting the casefile and being ready to talk on the Telephone, so be prepared to wait up to 3 weeks.

If yer congressional immigration liason staffer human has an inroad to NVC for NVC expedites, suggest you pull the trigger with him/her, soonish.

Good Luck !

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
