Baby born outside US ->US citizen

Not sure if this is the right place,

I am an American citizen, and my wife is a permanent resident in the US on CR-1. If we have our baby outside the US in her home country Poland, will that baby be a US Citizen? And what process must we go through?

Your child will be a US Citizen. You just have to make sure to file the CRBA with the nearest embassy.

Agreed. The child automatically acquires US citizenship through USC parent.

Agree with everyone else. You will need to file the CRBA for the child to get it's US passport before it can come to the States.

Your child is entitled to US Citizenship. Do it before he/she turns 18 though to avoid troubles
