Usually when they are getting ready to issue the visa they will go thru the documents and make sure everything is still valid and not expired so with that... it sounds like the ap is finishing and as soon as they have those expired documents they will hopefully issue the visa calling you back to tell you to pick it up at the embassy or with the courier service.

They won't have ppl update those documents just because they are expired... it's too much work to go thru each case making sure everything is still valid during the AP process.. its easier to work on the case and ask for those documents when they MUST have them to issue the visa.

suggest you call into DoS Hotline, get a Human, and inquire for casefile status,

also ask specifically, "Is Administrative Processing Finished, or not?"

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

The embassy had asked my husband to submit new medical and police report. They issued the visa the day after he submitted the new documents. So be patient a few more days, it might be over very soon.

I know why!!!

You do not trust any of them!!

and you should not. they can change their minds at any minute

But I have a very good feeling he will get it soon

Some people take a week and some take a month

and do not be excited or happy till he has that visa in his hand!!!

Then PARTY!!!!!!!!!
