I don't see the problem here?, All she's doing is going on a business trip for the company she works for, It's not like she's trying to get a non immigrant visa and has plenty of ties to her home country... A job, all the proper paper work from her job, probably a bank account, Married, ect. I see nothing that would really get in the way of her visit here in the USA it's for business not pleasure.

Even though we are far from each other right now I know you are close to me in other ways, you are always here in my heart. You give me reason to look forward to each day,You are my life and a dream come true.there are no words to express how i feel for you.You are the light in my darkness. There could never be words strong enough to express my love for you but I'm going to show it to you everyday as long as i live.I love you with my body, soul and mind.I love you very much baby.Mwaaaaaaaaah!

The only problem I see is the 11 month overstay and the previous immigration attempt.

A business visa is a non-immigrant visa.

You know the lady?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Do i need to know her? From her post she's married and has a job doesn't take much sense to figure that one out does it? why you questioning me and what i say? I don't care if you are a Super Elite Member. That just shows you have been on this site since 04 doesn't make you know more than anyone else. :pop:

Thanks everyone for your help! I understand that it will be hard for me to get visa and I've heard that even if I will get it, I might be returned back home on the border... I am not going to stay there, I have a husband who is staying at home and I definately wanna come back to him. I am sure this is not persuading enough, unfortunately. I just want to know if there were any successful instances that people were granted visa even with previous overstay...
