hello guys NVC send to me this mail . that mena my case complete & just wait to availabil of visa ?

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

Please be advised that we schedule interview appointments based on the capacity of the respective U.S. Embassy/Consulate General. We are unable to predict when an interview will be scheduled.

The applicant's name has been placed on the list of documentarily qualified cases awaiting the availability of visa numbers under the numerical limitations prescribed by statute. The designated representative of this case (applicant, petitioner, or attorney) will be notified of an appointment date as soon as the numbers have been received. The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

An immigrant visa is usually valid for six months from the date it is issued. It may be used to apply for admission into the United States any time during its validity.

Yes it says you're just waiting for an interview and how long that interview will take depends on visa availability. Best way to predict would be to tell us what visa category you're under and what your priority date is.

Here's the visa bulletin page: http://travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_1360.html i don't know what country you're from but right now they're processing July 2009 pretty much across the board so you're looking at I would say at least 5 more months... at least.

Depends on their country and I apologise if I missed the reference to their country. Some are moving quicker than others add to that it mentions below the table that some countries have a limit on the number of visas available per-county. Only time will tell how long it takes but I apologise for my typo... It should have said "right now they're processing July 2009 pretty much across the board so you're looking at I would say around 5 more months... at most.". Sometimes things speed up, and sometimes they slow down.

I typed first then forgot to correct after I finished reading the bulletin.

I think Vanessa is looking at the March Visa Bulletin. The cut-off date for most countries will move to 8 October 2009 in April, and since the Department of State announced in the February VB that F2A cut-off dates could move one to two months per month, the OP could indeed be current by June.

Good luck!
