09-25-2006 IMBRA RFE mailed overnight to CSC

09-29-2006 IMBRA RFE received by CSC

10-01-2006 TOUCHED

10-16-2006 APPROVED via email!!!!!! (136 days later)

Yes, I have noticed that also. But, usually Thursday and Friday nights are when the big action takes place.

It is awful depressing waiting on CSS. They continue to make us wait even after sending them the 2nd RFE.

I tell you I wished I would have done this process myself now.

The attorney has done nothing for me at all and did not catch the fact she did not send in my divorce decree. I just hope she put the divorce decree in the envelop this time. I wanted to mail CSS the decree myself but my attorney said she would resign as my attorney if I did. Maybe I should have let her.

Am I the only Marcher left???

Sorry to hear of the troubles with your case and more specifically with your attorney.

I don't like attorneys at all, but, unfortunately they are a necessary evil sometimes.

Like any other professional services we need at times, one must conduct due diligence before making a selection, as difficult as that may be.

Word of mouth recommendations have served me well. If I were you, and if you need further attorney assistance, I would find a competent one asap.

I noticed we have similar timelines. They recvd my IMBRA RFE on 9/29, touched 10/1 and waiting. Hope we get it Friday. It's Columbus day on Monday and they may not be working. Heh, good luck
