Whoa! That's so crazy! I got the exact same thing in the mail yesterday and my husband is also from Ecuador! Same thing - we're waiting for the EAD and AOS too and so far have nothing except for that notice. Good luck to you two! Let me know if you hear anything!

I got a letter for the biometrics appt a long time ago. He had his biometrics on Feb. 3 and we've been waiting since then. Received that letter then same day as you and we're coming up on the 90 days for the EAD but haven't heard a thing on that. I don't know what they expect people to do waiting so long to work. We can wait for the green card, but this EAD is needed NOW! The other thing that makes me nervous is when you look at processing times for the California Service center it says they're processing forms from Feb of 2007!!! #######?

Yes I'm in a similar situation where the EAD was just approved and is currently being sent, but the AOS was transferred to California a few weeks ago. I'm getting mixed information about how long the processing in CSC might take. For example from the timeline it looks like yours was approved a few months after being transferred, but I saw another thread of people who hadn't heard back from CSC since October/November 2011, and of course the website says 2007! Anyone know what to expect from CSC for an AOS case coming in on a fiance visa and getting married? Just asking mostly because we want to travel this summer and we're trying to figure out if my husband will have the green card to be able to do so. Thanks!

We were transferred to the CSC in mid-December. We had a minor RFE in March and received notification yesterday that his card has been ordered. So basically it took almost exactly 4 months from time of transfer to approval. Without the RFE it would have been about 3 1/2 months. From what I have seen, our was fairly quick. I know of some people transferred in October that haven't heard anything yet.

Well we apply the 15 of Feb and I got a notice yesterday that my EAD card is on production, no news about AP or Green Card, my EAD took 56 days, now I just hope to get it in the mail soon. About the Green Card they said that if its transfer to CSC you might not get an interview. Will see!! I will keep you update if I have any news and you do too.
