Hi. I called nvc and request to resume our case. And the following day, nvc emailed me the invoice fee for aos and IV payment. And also included in the email the Choice of address. March 8 2012 I paid all the fees. And nextweek we will send to them the ds230 and civil docs and the aos. And I'm really worried because our priority date is September13,2009. How much time will nvc complete my case?

Thanks.

I am not sure why you think it is expired, you still have 2 months till your priority date is current?

The operator said that we didn't send those docs to them in one year. Yes that's true, my father's mistake. Our AOS fee and IV fee also expired as i checked on ceac.State.gov. So that's why i called them and the operator asked me if i want to continue my case, and i said yes. And the following day, nvc mailed me the aos invoice fee and IV fee. So i paid it immediately and now, it is on process. I'm waiting till tommorow and check the status of payment if it is paid. We will send the AOS and DS-230 right after the status of our payment is PAID. Now my PD i think its current this april Visa Bulletin. How much time does nvc complete my case and schedule me an interview? :)

No one can actually give you a definite answer on the time frame coz

such case rarely happens that a sponsor would somehow fail to comply

to the time frame given by the NVC, you'll just have to wait on this one,

The only thing that you have to be thankful for is that NVC still asked

you if you still want to continue with the process, meaning all is not lost,

just have to re-pay everything, and resubmit all the needed docs as soon as possible,

anyway, the only person who can actually give you an exact time frame,

are the ones who's been there before,...

Good luck,...

My brother was in the same situation and he, just like you, had to resubmit all forms and fees and we just got a case complete on January 23, 2012 and we still havent gotten an interview/appointment date :(

But I heard that they do appointment dates the second week of each month so Im hoping we get an interview date some time this week.

I think his priority date was some time in 2009, dont remember the exact month but I do remember its in 2009
