Still no word yet on our AOS. Anyone else still waiting?

Just waiting for it here to. It gets a bit frustrating seeing those that get the green card in a few months, while we're getting close to 6 months now.

Still waiting. Wondering what to do next. Can't believe this is happening. Never been treated like this, in any of the countries I've lived in.

Every time I see the word waiting here, I get Pink Floyd's song "Waiting for the Worms" running through my head. The title just seems to fit so well with waiting for a green card.

The saga continues. :pop: We've now been waiting more then 6 months. We called USCIS office to put in a service request we were told to call back when we were more then 6 months past ouf recipt date. They were all going to put it in then they said well we are processing Oct 21 2011 cases right now. (yeah like I really believe them) they are like well call back in two weeks if you don't recieve anything. So no they wouldn't put in a service request. BIG SURPRISE!! :bonk: What I find ironic that is the same processing date our local office is working in... So are they only processing dates the same as the local offices or does the local office still have it. Really makes me scratch my head.. So here we are still waiting. Let the fun continue... :clock:

I had sent in my AOS on December 7 2011. My case was transferred to CSC on January 17 2012. I received my EAD/AP on February 16 2012, and my Green card on March 21 2012, without an interview. It was a pretty quick process for me. I am surprised to see so many people waiting so long :(

I would be surprised if all the USCIS offices would work at the same pace. They always say every case is different, i would say not all cases are opened to be reviewed as soon as they should, some just end up in dusty desks.

My case was recently approved. after almost 9 months waiting but my waiting game goes on..... my son's AOS from k2 is still in initial review and yes i sent both applications in the same envelop.... why is this happening???? nobody can give us an explanation other than... every case is different, yeah i believe you USCIS .
