Hello,

I received my K-1 through the London embassy and as such, went through a rigorous medical examination. I know I have to send the vaccination report along with my AOS so should I send the original and take a copy for myself or send them a copy and keep the original?

You don't have the original. You should have a copy and the original should be in the packet you handed over at POE.
