not really sure what you are asking. can you rephrase the question?

I received a stamped in United States of America an ARC which means an Alien Registration Card but the Immigration Officer put that I was over 6 months every time I go back to US. And the immigration told me that the next time it happens...I will receive a letter from the judge or get my greencard. Which I don't want to happened. I'm so confused right now because I really want to save my residency.

What to do?

It is still difficult to understand you:

- Where do you live?

- Do you have a current greencard? If so, how did you get it? If not, what do you mean with ARC if not greencard?

- Are you a UK citizen (from the flag in your profile)?

If your question is can you live outside the USA and keep your greencard by just visiting every 6 months then no, at least not indefinitely.

As this does not seem to relate to an AOS situation, I am moving this thread to the General Immigration Discussion forum

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
