Got a THIRD RFE today.

I don't understand why they can't just give me a list all at once... It would have been great if I got that list in October. I really can't imagine what I could be missing.....

Update...

My RFEs were sent out... to my old address... (I changed my address with USCIS in January)...

Postal Service doesn't forward government mail...

I don't even know how to get my RFEs at this point without putting in a service request which takes 30-60 days to process...

therefore...

We have been delayed an unquantifiable amount of time because of the pathetic.... nevermind...

just delayed....

Update...

How do these people sleep at night.. this is just so bad ...

Just hold on ... they have to get this done .. at least you're getting some feedback. It will be resolved. (F)

Well I have a partial update, today I called and spoke with another tier 2 rep and she confirmed that my file is still showing at the local office. This is strange why the interviewing officer would tell me she sent the file back to CSC approved and didnt. I now feel that they are jerking me around again but the rep today asked if I had a family member or anything that I could open an expedite and my mother is not expected to make it through the next few weeks. She submitted it and I dont think the expedite will get approved but at this point what will it hurt. Ive just been sent back into the twilight zone with no light at the end of the tunnel after all of this time waiting.

I still cant believe it and when i called my fiance in Brazil to give her the great news she broke down in tears of joy. I truly hope that your day comes very soon, i know your situation has been tremendously more frustrating than mine.
