So my fiancé must provide :

-a statement from the bank with deposits and the details like : date account opened and deposits for last and present year

-copy of last income tax return ( self employed)

That's all ?

Yes, you need all that. My fiance already sent me form I-134 along with supporting documents, his ITR for 2011, employment letter that mentions his position and his income for the year 2012, and also bank statement. We are hoping to get our NOA2 this September....just want to have everything all set for now.

Hi All,

I just got back from a week's visit with my fiance. Had no problems going through immigration and I told the Immigration Officer I was going to visit my fiance. I bought evidence of my return but thankfully nothing was needed.

It was so nice to spend time together and even though it went way to quickly and I know I am very lucky as some VJ'ers have been apart for a long time. When we started this process our estimate for adjudication was the end of July and we though for sure we would hear by the time I was due to visit at the end of August. Now my estimate is the end of September and I hope to hear by the time I visit again at the end of October so we can put together any information if it's an RFE whilst i'm there. I was so excited to hear about the March approvals when I came back. Its been such a long time coming I feel like I have bee dreaming to see the start on March forever! Good luck to everyone for this week I hope the approvals start rolling in now for March.
