The consular officer doesnt ask for emails all the time. I wouldn't show the emails if you have to prove the validity of the relationship. I would show pictures, cards, phone records if needed. Don't volunteer...let them ask.

A totally agree! That's the deal! Until they ask for e-mail communications don't show any of such e-mails. Just don't be a volunteer specialist and handover those e-mails when they have not requested.

This may cause you huge problems. I wouldnt turn in this type of info & expect a good result especially in that country.

Thanks for asking this question! I didn't even think about that and my fiance and I have also referred to each other this way in emails!! Now I'm panicking because I just submitted my 129-F package with emails where we call each other husband and wife. We have been using it as a term of endearment and a sign of our committment to each other. God I hope this isn't going to affect us negatively! Any thoughts regarding what would be an appropriate response at his interview??

Just hope you interview with a reasonable consular officer and be certain to clearly explain how it was only expressed as a reference of endearment. It's really impossible to predict what will happen. Some people have not had a problem. Some people have had a problem. This whole process has more variables than any of us can really process. You can't go back and change it now. So just work with what you have and maybe give your fiance some emails that talk about where you want to have your wedding or something like that. Information about actively planning this ceremony for the US. Because obviously you are! So start the emails now. Keep them going for a few weeks or months until the interview. I really think email exchanges like that would be your best defense. Then if it's a problem she can pull them out and at least have some sort of information that will contradict any accusations. I think that would be your best solution. And it might not even come to that. But just prepare this and I think it will give you some peace of mind. I think any reasonable consular officer seeing such emails would have to at least reconsider any accusations like that. You wouldn't be engaged in such conversations if you were married. Problem semi-solved. So just hope for a reasonable consular officer and I would think this gives you a good chance of eliminating any problems.
