Friends we are filling our forms for K1 interview. Procedures for fiance´s country, there is NO package 3 or 4, FIANCE has to take to interview all the documents. I really appreciate your help or advices in some questions we have:

Form I-134:

1. Question 7: If employed at a company should we have to attach tax records?

Do you have to attach documents supporting all the items you filled (Example: life ensurance)? Do you have to write ALL information in $ even if with one or two reaches the minimum allowed?? (I ask because the example only has 2 lines filled out)

2. Question 10: If only one line filled. Do you have to write N/A on rest of lines or leave it blanck.

3. Question 11: Should I cross X on “ I Intend” or “ I Dont Intent”. The example leaves the square withour X and in the line write “N/A (k1 VISA PROCESS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE). Just want to make sure.

4. Are these all the attachments we need?....copies or originals?...How many of each?..What else???...This documents should be dated and signed by the petitioner????

- letter from a Bank.

- letter from employer

Form 156K:

1. Question 4: If fiancé is divorced Does she has to write her EX spouse name??

2. Question 5: If only one line filled. Do you have to write N/A on rest of lines or leave it blanck.

Form 156:

1. Question 18: Is Says Spouse¨s full name (even if divorced or separated include maiden name). If fiancé is divorced Does she has to write her EX spouse name?? OR write NONE. Same question 19.

2. Question 22: Intend to arrive to US..If I don’t Know yet. Should I leave it blank?

Form DS 230:

1. Questions 14 to 18: If fiancé is divorced Does she has to write her EX spouse name??. or write None and then N/A for question 15 to 18. If so, Question 18 doesn’t accept N/A should I leave it blank or handwrite N/A after printing?

2. Question 28: Mother not deceased but space don’t allow to write N/A. Should I leave it blank or handwrite N/A after printing?

Thanks to all for your support and good luck!!

I don't fully understand what you are asking, but all the information I have gotten about filling in forms for our K1 has been not to leave anything blank, fill in "none", "no applicable" etc but do not leave things blank.

You will probably get the best advice on your beneficiaries portal page!- head there and ask this question

Hope that is helpful.
