Ok I know we can't travel outside the US, but are we going to come into any problems travelling inside the US without a greencard, or even filing for AOS yet? We are hoping to get married within a month of my fiance entering the US so I am hoping a week on honeymoon (thinking Florida, DisneyWorld) just after we're married then coming back to file AOS will be no problem.

Any Feedback?

June 19: Filed for K-1 Visa

2007

Feb 8: Received K-1 Visa

April 27: Married!!

May 4: AOS & EAD sent off.

July 28: EAD Card Arrives in Mail!

Aug 23: AOS Interview! APPROVED!!

Aug 30: Welcome to America! letter arrived.

Sept 7: Greencard arrived in the mail!

2009

May: Received Notice about Greencard Expiration end of August

July 15: Sent packet in mail!! (FINALLY!!)

July 16: Packet arrives @ CSC 10:52am Signed by V. Semegi

July 24: Received NOA (posted 7/21)

July 30: Received Bio Appt Letter in Mail

August 20 @ 2pm: Biometrics Appt. –

Sept 12: Approved!! Should be getting card within 60 days..

2011

April 22: Mailing N400 Citizenship packet to Phoenix AZ! (about time!)

April 25 10:37am Phoenix USCIS Lockbox. Signed for by F DOMINGUEZ

April 28 NOA (received in mail May 2)

June 7 Biometrics Appt

July 26 8:10am Interview/Test APPROVED!

Jul 26 Oath Ceremony! Pete is now a US Citizen!

No problems traveling with the USA, passport can be used as photo ID if using the domestic flights. It is just like someone visiting the USA on a tour flying from city to city. Just don't leave the USA until either have green card or AP.

Not a problem at all ... We got married in Illinois (this is where we live) and then flew to Tampa Bay Florida for a week (we went to the Siesta Keys by Sarasota) ... We had absolutely no problems ...

08-24-06 - AOS/EAD mail to Chicago (Day 1)
11-06-06 - GC & Welcome Letter arrive in Mail (Day 75)

I-751
09-23-08 - Sent Package via USPS (Day 1)
01-02-09 - Received GC in mail (with wrong Resident Since date) (Day 101)
