Picture to be attach in the form G-325A? I don't think you need to attach a picture on it. But if you are applying a petition for K1 you and your partner need to submit a passport size photo (American passport size photo).

2"x2"

2x2 is for visa photos to be attach to the form DS-156 or DS-156K

Also known as (5x5 cm, color photo, compliant with the dimensional face proportion requirements).

Attention people, foreign Fiances are in the "metric" zone. It's 5x5 CM

roymcn3rd,

You already stated that and provided a link to DOS requirements.

Are you disputing the 5x5 cm measurement? This is precisely what the Embassy/Consulate is expecting, from the foreign Fiance.

you need the passport syle photos when submitting a I-129f petition.

nate,

Read the I-129f introduction page on the USCIS web site - it's the I-129f, not G-325A, that calls for the passport-type photos.

(Incredibly, although the I-129f has been updated and re-printed since the photo specification has changed, the I-129f instruction itself continues to give the outdated specification!)

Yodrak

I was wondering what is the correct size of the passport style picture that needs to be attached to the G-325A biographic forms? Thanks

Our petition specified 3/4 front view photos which is what we have....will that be an issue? Should I send my fiance a front view photo just in case?

You need full frontal. If the petition has already been submitted, I would forward one to your fiance just in case of an RFE where a full frontal of you (beneficiary) is requested.

As Yodrak stated, the instructions for the I-129F are incorrect with the still mentioning of 3/4

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
