Still nothing and starting to think it just isn't going to happen anymore, I've no hope

Why would you think it's not going to happen? There's a lot of us in the same boat. They'll get to us Unfortunately not much seems to move VSC along so all you can do is wait and stay positive. While we want to be together ASAP, we know there's nothing we can do other than start to prepare for the next step. The only reason we kind of need NOA2 is to show the court when my fiance goes for his hearing to remove the boys from the UK. That might make them speed up their part of our process. Once you're together this will be a small blip on the radar of your life. Don't let it cause relationship problems...the government isn't worth it heh

it seems surreal i have been waiting almost 200 days but i know once it comes i wont even think about it. i am just scared for the RFE......... omg !!!!

I have a feeling we might get an RFE cause I accidentally sent a copy of a signed form I really hope they just think it's black ink like all the other forms. The thought of an RFE when they were processing at 4 months wasn't so bad...but now it's just grrr

It was a 4am start for me...now at the airport waiting to fly down to London for my medical Making the most of it and having a day out with mum while i'm still living here!!!

Have a good day out, the medical is a breeze so you can relax with that The US embassy is relatively near to the doctors, so it may be worth checking it out so you have an idea for the interview when it comes around

We both have the same filing date, 2/27/12. They sent me a text of RFE on 9/4/12. I received the RFE Hard copy on 9/6/12. I just sent my response to them this morning by Express Mail so it should be received there by tomorrow afternoon. Based on other people estimated wait time for a decision over REF, it takes 2-3 weeks for them to approve the petition from the date they received your response. RFE is not that scary issue, I know approval is much better, but If you get stuck with RFE, at least someone reviewed your application other than being pending forever. I sent photos with date stamped on the front bottom corner of each one, however, they told me I need to put the date and place of each photo with my handwritting on the back of each photo!!!!! Helllooooooooooooo. Thanks God anyway.

Very quiet, no approval yet again!

Have a conference call with our lawyers out in Boston tomorrow to get a further update on USCIS processing and reasons for delays and so on............
