Good evening all,

We are starting a K-1 petition and we are new at this as probably other people are. We would like to know all of the required forms for a K-1 petition to make sure we don't miss anything while downloading the forms from the USCIS web site. The ones that we see that we need are:

1-Cover letter for I-129F

2-Fiance(e)Letter of intent

3-Request for provisional file?

4-Form-I-129F

5-G-325A

Do we need all these forms for the initial petition I-129F and/or are there any additional forms that we need to file with the package initially? We know about the proof of relationship documents but we would really appreciate some feed back on getting it right the first time.

Thank you

Download the I-129F Instructions as well. You are missing a some, ie proof of US citizen, proof of meeting, etc...

You do not need #3, and are missing some other things. Read the I-129F instructions. Then look over the K-1 Guide here on VJ which lists everything you need to send in with your petition.
