Yes not on the fedex on as they did not allow but in a brown envelope where allthe docs weere in

OK - IMO, that slowed it up once it hit the mail room at the lockbox.

VISUAL CLUES for the mail sorters was important - there wasn't anything on the outside of the package indicating the expedite. It didn't get into the expedite queue immediately at the lockbox.

Hard to say exactly, when, now, it'll get tossed into the expedite queue.

BUT - 3 week after NOA-1 date - call into USCIS, get a Tier 2 - see what's what.

Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Hopefully your case will be expedited, we that live in Brazil know how bad health assistance can be here, and there's no doubt your daughter will be better back at home with you and your husband close to her, everything should be alright, just wait till the time they asked you to and then if no answer comes up, just call back...I know it's hard, I understand it but then now that you have asked for expedite there's not much left you could do. I'll keep you in my prayers!

Yeah there's no doubt your case needs to be expedited, your daughter is very beautiful and she should be fine soon, and it should be in america as in Brazil even private health insurance is very bad. Let us know how it turned out, I have my fingers crossed for you and wish you and your family all the best!

It is usual that US Insurance will also cover costs whilst you are abroad, it did for my SO.

It sounds like both you and your husband need to move to somewhere you can be together.
