VJ anyone here experienced same scenario? I sign up at USCIS website for checking status updates.

Few days after i tried to log in again but it said failed. I tried reseting my password but i don't see any option on the website where in i am free to reset my password via email. It also said there that before i can proceed to the password recovery i need to provide a correct answer regarding the Password hint question: how can i proceed if i can't even remember the Password hint answer:? :crying: i really would like to remember my account there so i can check further updates and for case status . I tried contacting the web admin from the email provided but until now i don't get any response. Please anyone here who can help me? :(:help:

Have you tried to register again?

According to their website, passwords expire after 90 days.

Where did you get that info? About password expiration? No, i don't want to make any duplicate account for now i'm afraid it won't work if i will  case status will be duplicated too. What should i do please? Should i wait for the NOA2 before i will make the next step so i will have a different case number or make a duplicate account? :help:
