I just called my congressman's office and was told that the CSC has told them my case has been assigned to an adjudicator. Does that mean something? A month ago I was told they're doing background check, and now this. Is that good news?

It's really hard to say but Knope2012 was told the same and was approved within 30 days so I guess you are one step closer good luck!

The denial scared us all yesterday I think and my heart really goes out to RachAI but I am sure there had to be a reason and as soon as she gets her denial letter it will all be clear. Hopefully she will share with us the reason for denial...

To the rest of us who is waiting, well it's been hard but we are getting there , each day closer! It's definitely not what we were expecting but we will hear from the USCIS soon! I am quite certain it will be before we hit 200 days stay strong !

We have just called NVC. They received our case and updated it in the system. It will be sent to embassy on Monday. They didn't give us a case # as Slovak people don't need it.

You might want to call today too since we have the same noa2 date

Thank you so much ! I'll give them a call on Monday, but since I need a Montreal case number maybe it will take them longer to log it into their system ? I'll keep you posted ! For now I am enjoying a small week end in Vermont with my sweety

Just here to wish everyone a good weekend. I'm off to work, teachers go back to school today (on a Saturday... Really sucks to be honest plus my dumb neighbor played music on max volume all night long so I didn't even sleep one minute.. That guy sucks lol). Will check in later this week to see the approvals! Crossing my fingers for you all.

I was just checking numbers to make sure something was updated later on and I see his number being approved... I am not sure if he knows yet but this is such a great news as he was really down this week! yay!

I hope I didn't steal his thunder though by revealing this first but I am sooooo super extra excited for them! Plus thought that this might give others some hope in case he won't be back here till Monday! that is just to show to keep the faith as we are getting there slowly!

Glad to see that we're all getting closer...Congrats to Djricky!!Really hope I'll hear something this week...I'm going to be pretty sad if I end up in the 200s ... It doesn't seem to have happened to many people here...Seems like 1/18 received dates are still struggling along...Wish I knew what's going on with my petition.
