we had a job, a life, and friends, which i can say, kept me not thnking or overstressing constantly, I got thoughts 'what if this happens, what if not', but, having a normal life and some hobbies, will keep u sane.. if not.. good luck..

right on!!!

actually my wife was not stressed at all, she knew it was going to take a while, and she was realistic, she never thought we were gonna get approved for having a pretty face in 1 month.. We set a pesimistic timeframe, and well, since we got approved earlier, it was very good news.. she had a full time job, I was going to college and part time job, both with a couple of friends, so we got busy not to think too much about it

That's the way we were. I was working full time, coaching and hanging out with my friends. i played on a soccer team...I lived my life basically. I had a lief before he got here - which is why our life together is awesome :) I am not so dependent on him that I can't function without him...but in love with him so much I wouldn't want to.

Finally finished with immigration in 2012!

The question is valid yes but the fact that he thinks everyones main reason for being impatiant and in a hurry for the process to end is that everyone is in a hurry for sex, like there is no other reason to be with your SO

You can justify the acceptability of being apart all you wish. I find it unacceptable that my Government stalled our reunion. Meanwhile with forked tongue, amnesty proposals for the illegals.

For those that long for their SO, their is really no crime in that.

I agree, B!tching, moaning and crying accomplish nothing. It's desire that keeps the fire alive!

Edit too add: Desire to be together. Not as the OP suggested. You know, the one track mind!

I don't see what the big deal is either way. If someone wants to b#tch and moan anonymously on an internet forum to vent or pass the time, what is it to anyone else? if someone else wants to accept the wait and go see movies and hang out with their friends, then they are too busy to read the whiner's posts so it shouldn't be a concern to them anyhow! :D

Prsonally, I like to pass my time at work by being extremely impatient on the net. Now that it is 4 minutes to quitting time, I am going to go meet a couple of girlfriends for dinner and a movie!

Yes, Majizee is evil. Who wants to organize the lynch mob?

I say that we grant her amnesty on this one. It was very amusing...
