Can anyone tell me what kind of headings to put on the 2nd letter of intent? The one you take to the interview.:help:

Follow the Example Forms

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

Here's a sample i used when we file our k1 last year:

STATEMENT OF INTENT

To whom it may concern:

I Adam Smith legal age, and presently residing at 724 e 53rd pl Tulsa , Oklahoma

USA, am submitting this Statement as follows:

I met my fiancee Eva Neil through the website filipinacupid.com. We

communicate with each other and I decided to meet her in the Philippines and meet her whole family

circle. I had a wonderful time together and I am so happy that I have found her. We love each other so

much and we are looking forward to be together forever.

I hereby certify that I am legally free to marry and have a pure and sincere intention to marry

Miss Eva Neil a Filipino citizen, with in ninety {90) days of her admission into the United

States.

Very Truly Yours,

Name Over Signature here

Note: replace the following according to the color.

Red = Replace with the petitioner's name

Green = Petioner's address

Purple = Replace with your fiancee's name

All in all you can change all the content depending on how the two of you meet up but that's exactly the format of the letter. Don't forget the signature over your printed name :)

Hope that helps!
