Ha, I got another one too. I assume that means that it's been received at CSC and is now being processed.

We got an email last night saying ours was transfered as well....still no biometrics letter yet though.

We just did biometrics today. The lady told hubs he should expect EAD/AP in the mail in a few weeks.

Hey guys...i'm new in this board and i registered because i have a concern about the processing times for AOS through marriage. I sent in a G-1145 along with my complete paperwork through USPS express mail. Here is my timeline:

Day 0 (Mon, 1/23/12) Package mailed through USPS express (I-130[w/check], I-485[w/check], I-693, I-765, I-864, I-864A)

Day 1 (Tue, 1/24/12) Package recieved (Your item was delivered at 1:57 pm on January 24, 2012 in CHICAGO, IL 60680 to INS 805887 . The item was signed for by R MERCADO.)

Day 2 (1/25/12) (NOTHING)

Day 3 (1/26/12) (NOTHING)

Day 4 (1/27/12) (TODAY, still nothing)

my question is, how long do you guys think it will take for me to get an email or I-797?

i see some of your sigs, some got confirmation in as quick as 5 days, some as much as 9. When do you guys think i'll get mine?

Took 10 days for me. There's no way for anyone to guess how long it'll take for you. Just hang in there.

Its very useful to find this topic. I sent my applications (I-485, I-131, I-765) on 13th Jan and got Biometrics appointment letter today. I think i made some serious mistakes in my package and i may need help from you guys in the future.. Hopefully USCIS will approve my I-485 without submitting any additional document... wish you guys luck
