immunizations

I would presume these applicants had a form DS-3025 in their packet?

Or are you implying that some applicants did not address the issue of vaccines at all? And were approved?

It was quite a while ago, but I remember reading some posts here on VJ where some K-1ers didn't even send in their DS-3025.

They were approved despite not addressing the issue of vaccines.

However, Chinook and I played it safe, and would not recommend skipping this step.

Why did Gretchen choose NOT to handle this at St. Lukes?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

If I recall correctly, Darren was having her recieve immunizations before St Lukes. perhaps she was confused, thinking she didn't need any more immunizations.

I didn't remember St. Lukes asked me if I want to do the immunization or not but I remembered they asked me what kind of vaccinations I already received and asked me if I already had chickenpox and the likes...then based on my answers and based on the records I brought w/ me and of course, based in my age, they gave me the immunizations I needed....

Darren you will probably be okay. She may not even have to see a physician. When Momreal went, the secretary was the person who filled out the 693. Gretchen will probably be exempt from receiving anything else right now. Unless TB was found and if thats the case, i am not sure. But i have read experiences from other people having to deal with douchbagger civial surgeons. Hopefully that wont be the case for you.
