When I was interviewing with my husband for AOS, the interviewer instructed me to return my employment authorization card once I receive my conditional permanent resident card.

Well, unfortunately, I lost the envelope she gave me to use and never returned the EAD card. The EAD card is now expired and I no longer need it to work.

Is this going to come up as a problem later on when I apply for removal of conditions? Should I return it NOW? If so, does anyone know where I can find the address to return it?

Nah it doesn't matter. Most don't even ask about it. I still have mine because I never had an interview. Many others are in the same boat. Just put it away somewhere as a memento.
