Anyone ever lose a passport with the stamp of entry you need? I lost my passport and got a replacement so my main proof of entering my ladies country is gone. I just got an rfe to submit this with proof of meeting. I have boarding passes and reciepts from when I was with her just no passport stamps. Any help would be appreciated on the subject. I heard you only get one chance for an rfe and I am afraid to submit it now without the passport stamp.

Do you have a police report from when you lost it? If so, submit that with a letter of explanation.

Since you also have boarding passes and receipts, I'd say yes. Add some photos (with dates).

She can ask for that in her country, there will show up all the times she has been out of the country and what country has been she left the US for. Ask where you can get that in your country, in mine you can get it in the "Ministerio de Relaciones exteriores". There you could have an option :) Hope you can get that in your country too, Good luck!

I lost mine last year, sucks. I would make a copy of the new one (all pages even if blank) and like others suggested write a letter, and it would be good if you could get a report from the government I would guess there is a record somewhere from when they scan your passport.

Best of luck.

Boarding passes and receipts should be enough along with an explanation of what happened and some evidence that you did get a new passport due to losing the one you had. You would not have been issued a new passport without some sort of documentation you lost the old one. Include a copy of that.

FYI People with Canadian fiancees do not have passport stamps and somehow they manage (Canada does not stamp US passports for short visits and vice versa)

You will not be getting the old passport or the entry stamps back, I think you know that. Do the best you can.

I didnt know to get a police report, just went down and got a replacment. It states in my passport on one page its a replacement for a lost passport.

There you go! Include that, a letter and boarding passes and receipts. Good to go! Photos if you haven't already.
