He just told me that I am lucky that I passed my full three years . (I got my green card on March 5th 2009) otherwise I couldn't been interviewed!!??

so, if a person is not here for 3 years after getting green card...they can't be interviewed?

He told me if it was not passed he wouldn't interview me!!

What is your last date / message on USCIS website? Is it possible that they sent a bio appt and it went to the wrong address?

I hope you hear something soon!

My last date / message on USCIS website is

On January 9, placed in line for interview scheduling. When scheduling is complete, you will receive a written notice with a time and place for your interview.

Hi,

Sharing my experience:

>N400 app based on 5 year rule received by USCIS on Dec 8/2011

>Fingerprints done Jan, 10/2012

>Interview completed March 8/2012 (today :S)

*Passed Civic/English exam without issues. Decision was not made and further review by supervisor is needed. This is due to an arrest in Austin, TX 3 years ago. Charges of PI were dismissed. IO advised that due to arrest Supervisor needs to review/approve my paperwork. She left me with the impression that this should not be an issue whatsoever and this a formality due to the nature of my act (dismissed C misdemeanor)

Has anyone been in a similar circumstance? Does the decision delay stand for eminent denial? (I am aware of the 5 year rule for "trouble-free" behavior, but this is not a crime of moral turpitude. Its a very minor offense)

It will be our 5-yr anniversary tomorrow!!! Just wondering to those who have been recently naturalized, is the oath letter mailed from the district office. I will post my timeline once I receive an update (hopefully next week...)

Got a letter from the mail today and my interview date will be April 11, 2012...

December 21, 2011 - File my naturalization

December 27, 2011 - Is when they received my application

January 18, 2012 - Biometric Appointment

February 9, 2012 - Got a yellow Letter ( they want me to bring my driver licenced if i go for an appointment)

March 1, 2012 - Got a text that my case my inline for interview schedule

March 2, 2012 - Got a text that my case was place for interview appointment

March 8, 2012 - Got my interview appointment ( Finally wooo i am sooo excited )

April 11, 2012 - My Interview Date will be @ 3PM

Good luck to all of us and hope for those waiting inline will get their apointment soon
