“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

tks for the information, hope after their system maintenance, we can find our case status in their system, we got NOA1 at the beginning of Aug., VSC, but till now we still cannot track our case status online, my fiance called 8003755283 two times, each time they told him everything is ok, and we'll get our approval on Dec. or Jan., , we'll see

I would registering for an account unless you have already done so. It could also be a browser or firewall issue with the javascript that returns the case information. Is it coming back with an error, or is it saying it can't find your case?

Yep, we've already registered an account, after input our case no., it shows "Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.", so my fiance called them twice, they told him it is their system's problem and let us wait, so maybe after their maintenance we can check our case status,

I doubt it will help. System Maintanance usualyy means upgrading servewrs, and/or updating network equipment. Database management (which owuld effect you) usually occurs off-line and doesnt requrie down time.

Sorry !

I dont mean to be rude, but have you doublechecked the A#?? Perhaps switching a zero and a "O" or a 1 with a I ?? I have made this mistake myself.

Well, as someone who suffers from the same problem with VSC, it's most likely not his entering of the number. I was recently told by an agent at the customer service number listed on the page that it "is not an uncommon problem for the Vermont Service Center. They frequently don't update the public facing system."

Enjoy,

Erik
