To the OP, just to let you know it is possible, my husband was also diagnosed with cancer. He had surgery and radiation treatment. That was in 1984 and he is still going strong. I wish you both all the best

Find out what stage the cancer is in. If its stage 1 or 2 you might have longer time. If stage 3 it could mean a matter of months. In any case look into doing a Living Trust with you as the Executor of the Trust. His life insurance moeny can be designated for the trust and it will financially protect you during the long probate period to execute his will.

I'm kinda confused with the usage of his-fiancee and Danmars which sounds like a male name but he's the beneficiary.

Maybe he's worried that the US won't approve the petition because of the insurance issue. Federal rule is strictly just all about communicable disease. Cancer treatment benefits is the insurance company's prerogative. That's what I thought.

No HE is the petitioner, HE is in the USA. HE has cancer.... sadly.

Hi VJ's i am new here, just wanna ask something...my fiancee he been sick this month of November and his Doctors and specialist they telling my fiancee that he got cancer and they say's also he wont be around longer ! i want to know if this case cause any problem of my petition.my petition been approved last Nov.22 and now i am waiting letter from US embassy manila..need help please!!! thanks

I agree with Tim/Mav to just move forward with your visa process don't talk about it to the CO just get it done, get on a plane and be with your man! This is one of those times where I believe silence is golden.
