Hello! I'm wondering about what happens when the i-129f is approved and sent to the NVC. Specifically, I can't figure out if the K1 Visa is limited to a certain number each year, or if there is no limit. I am looking at the NVC website which says: "Immediate relative categories (of Visas) do not have yearly numerical limits. However, family preference and employment immigrant categories have numerical limits each year; and therefore, wait times are involved, which can be lengthy." But it says "immediate relative categories" are spouse, child, and parent. So I need to know if Fiance(e) Visas are limited or if the NVC will send it right through because the i129-f was already approved. Just trying to figure out what the wait time will be once the i129-f gets sent! Thanks so much everyone :)

K-1 visas only spend about a week at the NVC and then go directly to the USEM in the other country.

Your worried about something you need not worry about.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

K-1s are not limited, they are a family visa
