Are you still waiting in December?

Still waiting as of Jan 22, 2025...just wish the waiting was over

I feel you. Our timelines are VERY similar. Marriage 9/5/23, filed 10/18/23. Hoping your wait is over seen, stranger. What's your VJ approval estimate?

For 3 weeks now, it has said "Any day now!"...probably this date will coincide with USCIS's estimate of 16 months...who knows at this point with immigration and politics...just need to wait and see...praying helps also

I see. Hoping we both see approvals in coming days. Please let me know whenever you do get that approval. I'm subscribed to your timeline and am heavily invested in your approval as it could mean ours is just a couple weeks behind. This wait is maddening. 16 months.. Especially cause when we submitted, the wait was supposed to be 11 months... Meanwhile K1 are now getting processed in 3 months time making us feel like fools -_-

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
