Here is my situation , I am still awaiting my NOA 2 from CSC.

I am preparing the documents for the next stage of the NVC

I am filing for my wife ,my daughter and my mum at the same period .

Hopefully the NOA 2 will come together.

Here is my question, I an not sure which of the affivadit of support forms to fill out,

I have seen 1. I-864, Affidavit of Support 2. I-864EZ, Affidavit of Support

Which one is is the right one...Input needed

here you have a choice. Read the instructions on the I-864EZ, see if you qualify to use it .

I-864EZ is for those that are using only wages to support and are sponsoring only the spouse.

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

It is I-864.

I-864EZ is for those that are using only wages to support and are sponsoring only the spouse.

I am using my income to support the three of them and i earn enough to cover them ,but i am just not sure which is the right one.

I filled out the I-864,but i was speaking to someone and the person told me i filled the wrong form

You CANNOT use the I-864 EZ form. You HAVE to use the I-864 form.

Who May Use Form I-864EZ?

You may use Form I-864EZ IF ALL the following conditions

apply:

1. You are the person who filed or is filing the Form I-130,

Petition for Alien Relative, for a relative being sponsored;

2. The relative you are sponsoring is the only person listed on

the Form I-130 petition;

3. The income you are using to qualify is based entirely on

your salary or pension and is shown on one or more Forms

W-2 provided by your employer(s) or former employer(s).

09/20/11: Express mail both the I-864s AOS and IV DS-230 (arrived 9/21 NVC)

09/27/11: Case completed file shipped to USEManila; arrived 10/3

10/13/11: Medical passed/completed today but still NO interview date yet?

10/16/11: Called USEManila file ready! Called Appt. Services set up Interview Date for 11/9/11.

11/09/11: Interview. But had to comply with 221g, re-verification forms CENOMAR/NBI.

12/02/11: Visa approved but delivered 12/7/11.

12/12/11: POE – Detroit.

As a follow up, so do i file just a one copy of the affidavit of support for all three or do i have to to fill out seperate form from each person....How much is the filing fee for the AOS

The is a $88 fee per case for reviewing the Affidavit of Support (Forms I-864, I-864A, I-864W and/or I-864EZ) when the form(s) is(are) filed in the U.S. SeeImmigrant Services - Other Fees.

Does each accompanying family member need separate documents if they are traveling with the principal applicant?

No, however, dependents immigrating with the principal applicant must have a signed original or a photocopy of the principal applicant's Form I-864, and I-864A if applicable. Copies may only be used by dependents named on the principal applicant's original forms.
