I sent email to the consulate asking about possibilities to expedite the interview date and they just replied me to contact NVC while NVC asked me to contact them, since the availability of dates depend on the consulate itself.headbonk.gifheadbonk.gif

Yep email the embassy and include your evidence/reason for why you require an earlier one. They're usually really quick to respond and quite reasonable.

I emailed them and asked if there was a way to get an earlier date, and they said that they hadn't yet received the case from the NVC, but once they have received that they will see what they can do - I guess it all depends on availability. The NVC sent the packet off on the 9th, so I will give it a few days or so and then try contacting them again. Heard anything yet?
