hace unos dias hice un topic para preguntar acerca de la forma I 693 en mi caso (la 3025 dice que mi esquema de vacunacion esta incompleta), y me respondieron pero no de acuerdo a mi caso concreto...me dijeron que como mi examen medico es reciente, es decir que tiene menos de un año, no tenia que presentar la forma I693 con el ajuste de estatus, y esto no resulto ser cierto, toda vez que en el USCIS me informaron que si mi esquema estaba incompleto debia ir a un cirujano civil aqui en mi ciudad para que completara el suplemento de vacunacion...

y siendo asi las cosas, para aquellas personas que pasan por una situacion como la mia le cuento esta parte del ciujano civil...LLame a pedir cita con uno de ellos, y estando alli llene la parte 1 de la forma I693 y la deje sin firmar porque esto debe hacerse frente al medico; las otras partes de la forma le corresponde llenarlas al cirujano quien firma delante de uno tambien, me tomaron pruba de sangre para hacer examen de sifilis y me hiceron la prueba de tuberculosis, por lo que tengo q volver en 2 dias para que miren el resultado, y al examen fisico..con todo esto queda lista dicha forma y a enviar documentos de ajuste.

La información no estaba incorrecta, el empleado del USCIS que le procesó su aplicación I-485 debió haber sabido que no se necesita enviar el formulario I-693 si tiene el formulario DS-3025 y el exámen médico tiene menos de 12 meses de habérselo hecho. Las instrucciones del I-485 son muy claras y la mayoría de personas no tienen que enviar absolutamente nada fuera de eso. De vez en cuando hay un empleado incompetente que no sabe bien las instrucciones dadas en la misma página del USCIS y le envían a la persona un RFE para que envíe el I-693.

Como muchas veces los cirujanos civiles solo llenan el I-693 si la persona se hace el exámen médico o cobran por llenarlo sabiendo que no lo necesitan, se puede mandar solamente el DS-3025 con una fotocopia de las instrucciones del I-485 (arriba) donde claramente dice que no necesitan enviar el I-693.

No es que la gente se molesta o que algun algun administrador decida mover tu hilo a otro foro poque asi lo desea. No, el asunto es que esta es una politica de este sitio Visa Journey que en los foros principales como (K1,CR-1, AOS, ROC etc.) el unico idioma permitido es el Ingles. Tu usas un traductor pero lamentablemente la traduccion no es buena, es confusa y distorsionada de tu mensaje original y por lo tanto muchos se abstienen de responderte. Yo puedo decirte que los foristas mas experimentados y expertos en Visa Journey responden solo en Ingles. La excepcion va claro para la forista Mononoke28 quien es una de las mas conocedoras y ademas bilingue (English/Spanish).

Eso es porque existen entonces los foros Regionales y alli si cada quien habla el idoma que desea, asi por ejemplo si eres de Latino America y hablas espaniol entonces entras al foro regional y haces tus preguntas e intervenciones en espanol. Este es el link:
