What are you asking? Is there a time frame for applying for Adjustment of Status? - No

If the immigrant being able to work is important then applying is important so that they can obtain the EAD / Green Card.

thanks Anh map, yes because i am still pending to filing my AOS, so the bad thing from this is i can't go out from USA, can't work, right?

You are not "pending" your AOS, that's the wrong terminology. Pending your AOS implies you filed for AOS and are awaiting the result. You have not filed your AOS so you cannot work and cannot return to the US if you were to leave. You are also gaining out-of-status days.

:P yes i mean that filed my AOS. and btw, about vaccination record, is that have to be complete shot or can't be just got shot for MMR? thanks
