I thought our photos together would be enough to prove my relationship with my fiance but I guess I can't use those exclusively. The problem is that I haven't saved hotel or travel receipts from the time my fiance and I were in Korea together. I'm not sure what else I can submit. I am pregnant with his baby and due in February. :) Will that count as evidence? The things I have that I can submit are copies of our passports showing stays in Korea at the same time, one train ticket, my itinerary leaving Korea on July 1st but not entering the previous year, some of my bank statements showing wire transfers home while in Korea, my lab report from the Korean hospital where I first went to confirm pregnancy (I can't find dates on them but the pages are in Korean and obviously from a maternity clinic with lab results in English), my proof of pregnancy from my birthing center here in the US showing my due date is in February (the baby was conceived in May - I am assuming immigration officials will be able to count backwards), and my ultrasound pictures. I could also print our logs from skype showing some short typed conversations and records of our calls over the last few months. Can any of this be used as evidence?

if you have all this then send it, send as much as you can get on your conversations on skype phone, emails, texts, letters, pictures, anything send it.

If it's a reasonably sized hotel, you can also call them and have a receipt emailed / faxed / mailed to you.

This is all very frustrating. I am not sure how anything can be considered proof if even photos of us together aren't considered solid proof. Hotel reservations don't prove anything. All they would show is that I paid for a hotel for 2 people. It doesn't prove who stayed there with me. This entire process is very discouraging.

Is this for the I-129F or the visa interview?

Passport stamps, itineraries, and pictures will be enough for the I-129F.

For visa, they are looking for call logs or any type of communication logs (skype, chat, facebook, email, etc.) since the filing of the petition along with pictures, ticket stubs if you visited after you filed for the petition, and updated letters of intent signed by both of you, engagement ring receipt, etc.

They want to see that you have been in constant contact like any normal fiance would since you filed for the I-129F

Unless you can prove that your unborn child is his then no, you can't use it as primary evidence. Are you looking for evidence for your i-129f petition? If so, Combine credit card receipts with bank statements showing purchase in Korea(hotel and anything that places you at the same location/country). To prove you have met within the last 2 years USCIS looks for dates and year on the evidence submitted.

Pictures are secondary evidence; supporting the primary proof you have.

Good luck : )
