i recently found out that my husband, sent a letter to withdraw his name from the I-751 petition for adjustment of status. I already have gotten my fingerprints for my adjustment of status, and my temporary green card was extended for one more year. What are my options? I have no idea what to do, please help. I knew my husband had pressure from his family, to get out of this marriage; but I did not think it would lead to this. I love him very much and he knows this, and he was in tears when he told me this. This is a difficult situation for the both of us, I do not fault him because of how close he is to his family. However I am scared, and I dont know what to do or where to begin. I know I cannot afford a lawyer, but at the very least I need to be pointed in the right direction. Please I hope someone can help with some advice.

You can petition to remove conditions yourself if your husband chooses to end the marriage.

His actions are his responsibility. So that means that the fault lies with him. From what you are saying in your post it sounds as if you need to secure a divorce lawyer.

Do you mean Removal of Conditions? (Coz you mention I-751 but also mentioned AOS twice....the I-751 is ROC not AOS)....
