well my case was completed on 12/30/10 and i have been waiting since then. My PD is May 29 2009. So i would say you have to wait at least Mar/April of next yr. Sorry but that's the way the roll...

but i have noticed one thing. FX (exempted f2a from per country limit)is at 1st dec 2008 and only 2 months away from f2a(with per country limits).....so i think there is a chance that f2a will move forward a little fast in future ....as FX and F2A dates are nearer chances of moving faster is becoming bright... ...in recent years ,maxico is utilising most of the FX

My co-worker from India, spoke to attorney murthy. As her prediction fiscal year will move faster after June /July. It's mean wife won't get interview before June ....

would you all rather have it advance quickly then retrogress right before your PD is current?

let the cutoff date move gradually @ 1.5 month?

I rather option B, gradually at 1.5 month because:

1. More predictable

2. Assists with plans such as disposal of assets (house, car, businesses and my boats)

and it would break my heart to see a huge retrogression

Hey guys i understand why it's moving so slow ... I got 2 cousins in f4 categories and couple of friends on IR spouse visa. Those all 4 case got AP 9 months back.

From last month they have been cleared by giving another interview and out of 4 case 3 are in U . S.

So its my understanding that they clearing the all AP cases.

Us.

Hope for best ... May we get current status soon from department...please give priority to spouse...please.
