I came on H1b in 2007 and got married with USC in 2010 APRIL. In January 2011 found she is cheating on me and after one week we got separated and filed for divorce. We were just 10 months in marriage. I have some evidence showing marriage is in good faith. Is it enough evidence to approve I175? please provide your valuable comment and advice.

What is the timeframe to come back USA If I-175 denied on other category like H1 or my parents file?
