primero quiero decirle que sus comentario son los que me an ayudado a seguir adelante y hacer paciente ver que tantas personas al igual que yo estan en mi situasion ya estoy en los ultimos pasos mande el pre-aviso hace un mes y cada vez que llamo para informasion me dicen que no lo han recivido porfavor ayudenme que debo de hacer ya no quiero que se retrase tengo esperansa de que mi espoSO este aqui en diciembre. GRACIAS

Tienes que utilizar solamente el ingles en estos foros. Otros idiomas soló en as foros regionales.

Are you doing the CR-1 process? If so, this is the wrong forum for that. What exactly have you sent and where?

I'm the petitioner for my husband i'm doing the I130 I DONT KNOW THE NAME of the process I JUST KNOW IS WHATEVER you send b4 you get the interview date it been a moth already from the date i send it and whenever i called the embassy they said they haven't receive it yet i dont know if this can help a little more if not is fine i guess i just wait. sorry

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Did you send in the paperwork including the affidavit and paid all the fees to the national visa center (nvc)? Call NVC at 603 334 0700 and speak to someone there to make sure that your case in indeed complete. NVC is the one that schedules appointments for CR1 and so they will be sending you an email when a date is assigned. They are open until 1130pm eastern time so you still have time to call tonight.
