Hello all,

I received my email notifications last night. They received my packet on 9/26 and the email notification was 10/5. I checked my bank online and they cashed the check for the I-130, I-485 and and the Biometrics fee, but not for the I-765. Is this normal? Has anyone gotten checks cashed at different times vs. all at once? Thank you and good luck to all!

Congrats! Whats important is that you got the i 130 and i 485. I know its weird but who knows, maybe you will get it today. I wouldn't freak out about it. Just wait a couple of days. I f not then call and ask if it is normal. They know more than I do haha! But congrats!

If you filed the I-130 and I-485 concurrently, then you didn't need to pay for the 765. Total for everything should have been $1490. Maybe they are sending your check back if you overpaid.

Update!!! I got the hardcopy of my AOS Transfer Notice today and it is specific this time!

"This is to advice you that in order to speed up processing, we have transferred the above case to the following USCIS office for processing:

California Service Center, 2nd Flr....."

hi guys., what documents do i need for biometrics.,? appointment letter., NOA. and passport will do.,? thank you...

Took my appointment letter my renewed passport that's all theychecked. I took my expired Florida I.d my original annulled passport with my i94 and my country's issued ID. I wasn't asked for those though.

Do they have interviews for AOS parents too? Or only for spouses?

I wish I knew! I asked various lawyers in avvo.com if I needed an interview ( im minor child of us citizen) and some said no because the relationship was established with proof and wasn't questionable but some said yes because most cases involved interviews regardless of category. My parents got their residence from my Half sister (his daughter is citizen) and both my mom and got an interview so maybe yes.
