I think it is the USA who approved the Co-Sponsor, not the country (af).

What i mean is the US embassy in some countries dont accept co-sponsor for fiance visa, i know one which is Philippines

What country will you be going through? That is a far simpler question to answer.

Philippines DOES accept co-sponsors for K-1s with some restrictions. The only country I have heard of that does not is Thailand. There may be others. You should check the website for the consulate you will be using/ You do not have a choice of consulates so knowing what others will or will not do is of no consequence.
