GOOD NEWS EVERYONE!!!

Remember i told you i am currently working for a cellphone company? well i have access to all the call records including all calls i have made on my phone for the last 6 months. I just talk to my manager and he said that he will provide me with all the records i need. I could do it myself but i preferred to contact my manager to explain that is for immigration purpose. Now everything is fine i will have it ready on monday, YOUPI YOUPI YOUPI. Thank you to everybody.

Congratulations that you can do this. This was a huge hold up on our process as well we used a prepaid cell phone with a prepaid international calling cards. Same problem they said they wouldn't issue the calling records with out a sobpoena. Well I had sent them copies of my bank statement and copies of my receitps still wasn't sufficient. So what I did was went to the companies website wrote a very cordial email explaining my predicament really making it very thought ful and heartfelt and they were more then happy to assist me (as I was a very very good customer)

Normally you can print your own cell phone records from the internet. Most carriers have a website where you can see your bills, including call history online.

Ohh thank you Magical for your concern. We called them about the calls records they ask us to contact the police department first to get the authorization. However, police department does not want to give authorization since it s not an investigation or murder case. This is getting really complioated. We don't use calling card. She just add minutes on my cellphone and i call her, which is the cheapest way

I have an iPhone and I was able to download all of our text messages through an online software application. Not only does it show the date/time and phone numbers, but the application downloaded all of the content of our text messages. Is she able to extract the information from her cell phone? The program that I used is called Decipher but there are many other software applications out there. Maybe she could use one of software applications to extract information from her phone.

I also use Tel3Advantage to call my husband in Lebanon. Their rates are fairly cheap and the company keeps tracks of call logs/history. I primarily use my cell phone to call my husband.

Good Luck.

Simply not true. The OP is filing for a CR-1/IR-1 not a K-1. You need to show proof of ongoing relationship for a CR-1/IR-1. Call records are one way of doing this.

Very weird that a phone company cannot provide proof of calls placed, all calls are routed through a switch or router somewhere and they are all logged. Sounds like someone does not want to do a simple query and it is such an easy process. Sorry you are having so much trouble but I was the Executive Officer of a telephone company and this is so easy to get from the company stand point.

As stated previously, if you have enough evidence through pictures, mail, emails and conversations it should not be an issue. We did not give any phone logs and still got approved through Casablanca one of the toughest embassies to get processed through.

Good luck,

Thank you everybody for your concern. MIBIEN like i mentionned. I am currently working in a cellphone company and i will get the records on my side as on my wife side the company requested police departement authorization which was not given to us. It s no longer an issue because i have full access to call records at my work. I will just do it. Thank you all when i have other questions i will still submit them to your attentions. thanks again

Good luck,

I went thru probably one of the easiest consulates and they kept on asking for more proof after all that I went through. I went thru a prepaid cell phone company I had asked a couple of different and no good. But when it came down to it the email worked. We had many pictures but was sufficient we did 99% of our commuicating thru phone only my fiances english speaking skills are sufficient but not so much on the writing. So wmailing, writing letters were not really an option. But when I showed up on the embassy's door step with the call logs and 100+ photos they stopped hasseling us ;)
