Did anyone submit the AOS without NOA2?

Hi, guys,

I know it's kind of strange, we have never received our NOA2 when we applied for K-1. Now, I need it for AOS application. Talked to immigrant officer, she thinks I don't have to submit my NOA2 as soon as I have my I-94. Did anyone submit the AOS without NOA2?

Well as a heads up, I received an rfe for a copy of my NOA2 on my daughter's case (she came on a k2 visa) when we submitted the AOS (even though we had sent them a copy) and we had also photocopied each page of her passport and the I-94, when the paperwork was originally submitted.

You can get a copy of the NOA2 sent to you by ringing the 1-800 number and going to the approved cases section, I am pretty sure, someone here may be able to point you better in the right direction.

My wife and stepson did. They were K3 and K4, and applied for adjustment prior to approval of my I-130 petitions for them.

I never received an Approval Notice for my I-129f petition and the On-Line status said that approval was still pending. So I sent a copy of the NVC notice, a printout of the On-Line status, and a letter of explanation that USCIS had apparently never generated an Approval Notice.

In my case I didn't receive the 2nd NOA, but an e-mail saying that the 2nd NOA was returned to the USCIS as undelivered by the post office... I sent this email with my AOS pack and I did get a RFE because of that...

We called and requested again (because we had requested before), but I am afraid it will not arrive, because I've read so many experiences here...

I scheduled an infopass and II am wondering if I can get this returned 2nd NOA during my infopass... has someone had some similar situation? getting a second copy of a notification that has being returned to the USCIS? by the way I also had another written notice returned about my EAD, it is another reason for my infopass, I will try to find out what is that written notice.
