I couldn't sleep. I didn't want to post again but I had to get this off my chest. I want to apologize to the OP for not taking this thread more seriously. Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a devasting disease.

Especially when youre in a mexican prison 12 to a cell sharing one toilet that was overflowing before you got there. It is a vicious cycle. Of course it is a stressful situation to start with so there goes

the IBS. Some of the fellows don't appreciate the odor and excess noises so they kick your butt. Naturally that causes more stress which triggers more IBS. The blankets get soiled but the nights are

cold so you use them anyway. The lice seem particulary attracted your blanket. They kick your butt again just on principle even though you haven't had an attack in hours. on the bright side, you never do get raped.

So you were posting on a very serious topic and there I was making light of it.
