Well about to mail my I-129F package. Should I use DHL or USPS Priority Airmail ? If USPS should I send it with a request for return receipt requiring signature. Do I need to prepay return postage ?

Where I live it will take 2 weeks using USPS or 3-5 days using DHL so there is a time issue to consider.

I used USPS and took almost a week to get to the USCIS.

USPS - No return postage required. Return receipt is useful, if you can receive it. This, as you know, will validate the submission.

My fiance in Texas mailed it via USPS - Express Mail and they received it a day later. You will be given a receipt if you mail it Express and that receipt number is what you use to track the mail online. You will see who signed for it in the online tracking. If I remember it right, it cost him $15 to mail it Express.

I used USPS.I mailed it on saturday morning via priority mail, it should be received tooday.

I used Fed Ex.. they charged me $ 61.00 from Florida to Texas. It was 2.55 lbs. I was shocked it was this much but money was no object at the time I mailed it :0

Ended up doing DHL. Charged me $50. 5-6 days. Have to say I kissed it a few times for good luck before I put it in the box. I would bet most do?

USPS always cheaper and you can pay for delivery confirmation and sig confirmation and it still was less than $20.00.

Yup I used USPS with a return receipt just incase I needed it in the future...who knows!! Was around $8 dollars and took about 3 days.
