If your fiance came with YOUR son then isn't he a USC? You mean her son?

This is explained in the form instructions and also here: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=3faf2c1a6855d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD

The K1 will ALWAYS be $1070 BUT the cost for the K2 (if under 14 years old) changes depending on whether it's filed WITH the K1, or separately.

If filed together the k2 fee is:

"For applicants under 14 years of age:

* Filing with the I-485 application of at least one parent have a fee total of $635;

* Not filing with the I-485 application of at least one parent have a fee total of $985."

Do I have to file I-131 and I-765 for k-2 under 11 years old?

You don't have to but they're free so why wouldn't you?
